Nvmerals is a Toronto based Metal band channeling the effect-driven Nu Metal sound of the early 2000’s paired with the heavy breakdowns.
Their visual identity pairs a modern, minimalist logo with gritty, film photography. Balancing a bold graphic structure with the raw aesthetic energy that forms in live show lighting and accidental light-leaks on film. This project continues to be an exploration of dynamic form and colour grounded by clean, precise typography.

Tunnel Vision
An exploration of war and psychological fallout, Tunnel Vision examines the disorienting nature of a narrow mindset towards the outcome of these events.
The artwork locks the viewer into a tight frame in the centre where a sphere (depicting the earth on fire) is surrounded by flame. This is used to illustrate the overwhelming cycle of destruction that occurs when we lose sight of the bigger picture.
Eyes of a Failure
Rooted in the painful aftermath of emotional neglect, Eyes of a Failure examines how personal values buckle under relationship turmoil.
The central piece (a face built from a collage of imagery) includes an x-ray skull, a fading horizon and a transparent face links to a physical decay and an emotional vulnerability, mirroring the quiet dread of an approaching end.
