Working with the team at Mass Minority, I helped develop and maintain Party City’s year-round U.S. email system. We produced daily assets in addition to seasonal, holiday, and promotional emails.
We were brought on to the email account with no lead time and asked to continue email production immediately. We quickly learned their system, created the necessary layouts, and produced several emails for same-week circulation—all while maintaining their existing creative approach and meeting their ongoing schedule.
Once we stabilized the release schedule and moved two weeks ahead, I organized the template system within the requested formats. Each template included modular, easily replaceable elements and links to streamline production across the team.
